A brilliant administrator and strategist, Christina is a most dynamic and talented American Indian Educator and Leader. Christina is a skilled diversity practitioner with strengths in motivation, inspiration and empowerment. With her extraordinary business experience and networking skills, Christina has successfully owned and operated a construction company awarded state and federal contracts. Among her success is a 15 year career teaching, grant writing, policy writing, charter school development, and diversity/ social justice trainer. Christina taught social justice courses at the College of St. Scholastica. Christina is also the Education Director for the PBS program Native Report, where she also hosts and conducts interviews for this television magazine. Christina received her Bachelors of Science Degree and Masters of Education Degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She has extensive Board of Directors experience, serving on the Minnesota PTA, Minnesota Parents United, Pequot Lakes PTA, YWCA Duluth and currently PAVSA. Christina currently provides social justice, diversity and inclusion and cultural competency training, interim executive director services to businesses and non-profits through her company, Diversity Consulting.
